Signature Programs That Set Us Apart

The signature programs at St. Francis of Assisi School significantly enrich students’ educational experience by blending academic excellence, faith formation, and real-world engagement. Asone of the few schools in Baltimore permitted to offer the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program, St. Francis leads in fostering global-minded, critical thinkers. Faith is nurtured through the Montessori-based Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, allowing young learners to grow spiritually through hands-on scripture and liturgy lessons. Environmental science classes connect students to nature, cultivating environmental stewardship through weekly explorations of local ecosystems. Access to personal Chromebooks and a robust STEM and 3-D printing initiative, ensure that students receive a well-rounded, future-focused education rooted in innovation, creativity, and care for the world around them.
